You are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Melton Hockey Club, which will be held on:

The AGM is an important opportunity for all members to have a say in the running of the club. This meeting will allow members to discuss the club's operations, provide feedback, and express their views on how we can improve our community and activities.
During the AGM, we will also elect a new committee to oversee the club for the upcoming year. Additionally, this is the time when membership fees for the next season will be set, and captains for the various teams will be selected.
Furthermore, any proposed amendments to the club's constitution will be discussed and can be approved with a two-thirds majority vote.
Your participation is vital to ensure that our club continues to thrive and represent the interests of all its members. We look forward to seeing you there.
